These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and bookkeeping services provided by Influen|ting.co ("we," "us," "our"). By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Influen|ting.co provides bookkeeping and related financial administrative services, which may include transaction categorization, reconciliation, financial reporting, and related support, as described in your specific service agreement or engagement letter. 

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely financial records and information

• Grant necessary access to accounts, software, or documents required to perform services

• Review deliverables (reports, reconciliations, etc.) in a timely manner and flag discrepancies promptly

We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed information provided by you.

3. Fees and Payment

• Services are billed on a monthly retainer basis, as outlined in your engagement agreement.

• Work outside the agreed scope of services may be billed as an ad-hoc fee, communicated to you in advance where practical.

• Invoices are due Net 30 (within 30 days of receipt).

• Late payments may be subject to a late fee of [10%] per month, or services may be paused until payment is received. 

4. Term and Termination

Either party may terminate services with [30] days' written notice, unless otherwise specified in a separate engagement agreement. Upon termination:

• Outstanding invoices remain due for services rendered

• We will provide reasonable assistance transitioning records to you or a new provider, which may be subject to a transition fee

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client financial and business information as confidential and will not disclose it except as necessary to perform services, comply with law, or as authorized by you.

6. No Professional Guarantee / Scope of Services

Bookkeeping services are administrative in nature and do not constitute tax, legal, investment, or CPA advisory services unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement. We recommend clients work with a licensed CPA or tax professional for tax filing, audit, or legal matters.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Influen|ting.co's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the services in question during the [3/6]-month period preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Third-Party Tools

Our services involve third-party software, including QuickBooks, Stripe, Gusto, Google Workspace, and client-specific secure portals. We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or errors caused by these third-party platforms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
